eSIMzio provides digital eSIM plans for international data connectivity. We act as a reseller of mobile data plans through licensed telecommunications partners.

You must be at least 18 years old to use eSIMzio. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate.

3. Purchase and Activation

All purchases are final once an eSIM has been activated. Unactivated eSIMs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user for any reason.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to resell eSIM plans, to exceed usage limits in a way that disrupts service for other users, or to reverse engineer any part of our platform.

5. Data Accuracy

Network coverage and speeds are provided as estimates based on partner network data. Actual performance may vary based on location, device, and local conditions.

6. Liability

eSIMzio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant plan.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
